If I had to guess some of your questions or objections, I’d say:

Does buying these sessions mean that you are my lawyer?
No it does not. It means I am the attorney that you consulted with regarding this matter. However, I will not be responding to any documents filed with the Court, inquiries from the other party or appearing at Court with you.

How do I schedule these sessions?
Every 30 days, you can schedule your appointment with me. When you sign up, you will get a link to my online calendar so that you can schedule your appointment.

Can I bank my time?
YES! This is where these sessions can be really helpful. Say you have a quiet 2 months in your divorce (for instance, you were waiting for your spouse to file an answer which legally they have a total of 70 days to do). So you really don’t have any questions during that time or need to use your session, but once they file the answer, things usually take off from there so you find yourself having a lot of questions and needing to spend more than 1 hour getting answers to your questions. Ta da! Not a problem at all!

Can I really cancel anytime?
YEP!! This is a month to month agreement. Once your divorce is over, simply email me and tell me you want to cancel. Or if you decide to cancel before your Divorce is final, that's okay to. Shoot me an email and that’s it!

Does this include document review?
Yes it does. For instance, if you want to file your own Divorce Complaint but want to use time during your session for me to review it, we can do that. This also applies to your answer, any motions or any other documents you need to submit to Court. Keep in mind that you may need to bank a session or two if your document requires more extensive review.

Does this program include document preparation?
No it does not. I will give you legal advice, answer your questions, review documents and provide you fillable PDF forms for you to complete. Howeveer, if you want or need me to prepare a document for you, that will be a separate fee (but you'll receive a discount on that fee since you're in this program!)

Does this program include document templates?
Yes it does! Each month, you'll receive a new template that is geared specifically towards wehre you are in your Divorce process at that time. Say goodbye to the stress of trying to make sense of a folder full of documents and not knowing what to file, how and when. You'll prepare your own documents using my templates. You can prepare your template either before our monthly session so we can review it together before you file it or you can prepare it after our monthly session in case you have any questions about what exactly to include in it. The choice is yours.

Does this legal advice apply throughout the State of New Jersey or only in certain counties?
Yes, the laws you will learn are applicable throughout the State of New Jersey law.

What if I live in NJ but my divorce hearing is scheduled in a Court in a different state? Does this program still work for me?
In that case, you should not purchase this program. The legal advice provided in this program is based solely upon New Jersey law. I cannot and do not guarantee that the content in this program complies with the laws of any states other than New Jersey.

For this program, you can pay via credit or debit card.
